摘　　要：“势”作为中国古代文化的核心概念之一,其语义生成与文化发展贯穿先秦思想演进的整体脉络,对中医学亦具有重要贡献。在中国传统医学体系中,“势”既是古代先民认知生命现象的重要维度,亦是指导中医临床诊疗的关键法则。该文从中医经典《黄帝内经》文本出发,结合其与中华优秀传统文化相似的意义结构,系统探析“势”在中医药文化中的理论渊源与哲学内涵,进而通过“察势而诊”“因势而疗”“顺时而养”的医疗实践,最终实现“天人合一”的健康目标。承上启下、历久弥新,有助于从文化整体性角度理解中医药的健康理念,更好地指导中医药文化的传承创新发展与健康中国的建设发展。As a pivotal concept in ancient Chinese culture,the semantic evolution and cultural development of"Shi"traversed the intellectual trajectory of pre-Qin philosophy,profoundly influencing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Within the TCM framework,"Shi"serves not only as a fundamental lens for interpreting life phenomena but also as a guiding principle in clinical diagnosis and therapeutics.Drawing on textual analyses of The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine and its shared conceptual structures with Chinese cultural traditions,this study systematically examines the theoretical origins and philosophical underpinnings of"Shi"in TCM.Through clinical practices such as"diagnosis through momentum observation","treatment by momentum adaptation",and"time-sensitive health cultivation",TCM ultimately seeks to achieve the holistic ideal of"harmony between humans and nature".By contextualizing these principles within the cultural wholeness of Chinese philosophy,this exploration enhances the understanding of TCM health paradigms,offering valuable insights for innovating TCM inheritance and advancing the Healthy China initiative.This time-honored concept,with its enduring relevance,bridges historical wisdom and contemporary applications,reinforcing its role in guiding the sustainable development of both TCM culture and national health strategies.
