摘　　要：中药四性是传统中医药的基本理论之一,是历代医家在长期实践中经过反复验证得到的临床经验,对于指导临床用药具有重要的作用。近年来,从基础实验角度对中药四性的物质基础及作用机理进行了深入研究,因此通过古籍本草结合文献研究近况,以中药四性的起源、演变、现代药理学研究为主线,对中药四性的本草源流、动物实验、细胞实验及应用网络药理学及组学技术方法的系统生物学研究进行了全面的阐述,为中药四性的进一步实验研究和临床应用提供参考依据。The four properties of Chinese herbal medicines,one of the fundamental theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),are the clinical experience that has been repeatedly verified by ancient TCM experts in the long-term practice and play a role in guiding clinical medication.In recent years,the material basis and action mechanism of the four properties of Chinese herbal medicines have been studied from basic ex-periments.Focusing on the origin,evolution,and modern pharmacological research of the four properties of Chinese herbal medicines,we re-viewed the ancient books of materia medica and the recent literature.This paper comprehensively describes the four properties of Chinese herbal medicines in terms of the origin,animal experiments,cell experiments,and network pharmacology and omics-based studies of systems biology,aiming to provide a reference for further experimental research and clinical application of the four properties of Chinese herbal medi-cines.
