摘 要:以小学教育专业为例,建立一套以专业教师为被评对象,校级专家、同行教师、全体学生为参评对象的民办本科高校教师课堂教学质量评价体系。研究结果显示,小学教育专业教师的课堂教学质量整体情况良好,但也存在一些实际问题,如教学质量与教学目标有偏差,教学方法的选择形式化等。建设教师课堂教学质量评价体系是提升学科专业教育水平并促进学科专业高质量发展的关键,也是推动民办本科高校培养应用型教育专业人才的关键,能够在客观评价教师课堂教学质量的同时促进小学教育专业学生教学能力及综合素质的提升。Through taking primary education major as an example,the study establishes a set of classroom teaching quality evaluation system for teachers in private undergraduate colleges,which takes professional teachers as the object of evaluation,school-level experts,peer teachers and all students as the object of evaluation.The results show that the the overall quality of classroom teaching by teachers majoring in primary education is generally good,but there are also some practical problems,such as the formalized selection of teaching methods.The establishment of a teacher classroom teaching quality evaluation system is a key measure to enhance the educational level of disciplines and specialties,and promote their high-quality development.Meanwhile,this initiative is also crucial for fostering applied education professionals in private undergraduate colleges.It not only objectively assesses the quality of teachers’classroom teaching,but also promotes the improvement of teaching abilities and comprehensive qualities of students majoring in primary education.
