摘 要:海底微型钻机是一种适用于深海富钴结壳和多金属硫化物的高效钻探取样装备,考虑到其作业形式、海底运行环境及搭载设备条件,对其提出轻量化的要求。海底微型钻机底盘既是承载关键,又是轻量化重点。建立钻机底盘模型并开展有限元静动态特性分析,基于响应面方法,以横梁、纵梁、直角肋板的几何尺寸作为设计变量,通过中心响应复合实验设计构造样本数据,结合克里金插值法构建底盘精细的响应面模型。将优化底盘质量、最大变形、第一阶固有频率作为目标,以不超过材料的屈服极限作为约束,采用多目标遗传算法实现多目标寻优求解。优化后,海底微型钻机底盘质量较初始设计减少10.83%,轻量化效果明显,对涉海履带式底盘装备轻量化研究有借鉴意义。The submarine micro drilling rig is a kind of high-efficiency drilling and sampling equipment suitable for deep-sea cobalt-rich crusts and polymetallic sulphides,and lightweight requirements are put forward for it in consideration of its operational form,submarine operating environment and the conditions of the equipment it carries.The chassis of the submarine micro drilling rig is both the key to carrying and the focus of light-weighting.To establish a drilling rig chassis model and carry out finite element static and dynamic characteristic analysis,based on the response surface method,the geometric dimensions of cross beams,longitudinal beams,and rightangle ribs are used as the design variables,and the sample data are constructed through the center-response composite experimental design to build up a fine response surface model of the chassis by combining with the Kriging interpolation.Optimized chassis mass,maximum deformation,and first-order intrinsic frequency are taken as objectives,and the yield limit of the material is not exceeded as a constraint,then the multi-objective genetic method is adopted to fulfill the multi-objective optimization solution.After optimization,the mass of the submarine micro drilling rig chassis has declined by 10.83%compared with the initial design,and the lightweight effect is obvious,which is of reference significance for the research of light-weighting of sea-related crawler chassis equipment.
