摘　　要：本文在分析新形势下国际贸易特点及调研外贸企业的基础上,重塑外贸人才核心素养,剖析高职院校外贸人才培养困境,并在人才培养改革中构建“五融合”模式,旨在为高职院校人才培养提供参考与借鉴。Based on analyzing the new characteristics of international trade and conducting surveys of foreign trade enterprises,this paper aims to reshape the core literacy of foreign trade talents.It delved into the dilemmas of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges and constructed Five Integration model during talent cultivation reform,with the goal of providing references and practical guidance for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
