低空经济技术技能型人才助力浙江民营经济高质量发展的价值意蕴与培养路径

摘　　要：低空经济作为新兴经济形态,对区域经济尤其是浙江民营经济的推动作用日益凸显,也催生了低空经济技术技能型人才培养。该类人才在创新驱动产业升级,赋能优化产业集群,提升公共服务水平以及促进区域协调发展等方面具有显著价值意蕴,能为浙江民营经济注入新活力、创造新增长点。在培养路径上,提出强化政策导向以营造育人环境、深化产教融合创新培养模式、完善评价机制激励培养动力等策略,为该类人才培养提供参考思路。As an emerging economic form,the low-altitude economy is increasingly demonstrating its significant role in promoting regional economies,especially the private economy in Zhejiang Province.This study defines the ability requirements for technical and skilled talents in the low-altitude economy,Such talents possess remarkable value implications in aspects such as driving industrial upgrading through innovation,enabling and optimizing industrial clusters,improving public service levels,and promoting coordinated regional development.They can inject new vitality into and create new growth points for the private economy in Zhejiang Province.In terms of cultivation paths,strategies such as strengthening policy guidance to create an educational environment,deepening the integration of industry and education to innovate the cultivation model,and improving the evaluation mechanism to stimulate cultivation motivation are proposed.It will provide a reference for the cultivation of such talents.
