摘  要:当前,在世界新一轮科技革命与产业变革的大背景下,国家积极推进新工科建设,化工类人才的培养也迎来新的理念。化工类人才不仅要有扎实的专业基础,还应具备良好的职业伦理素养。因此,开展高校工程伦理课程改革势在必行。本文摒弃传统以单向灌输为主的教学方式,积极探索线上线下混合式教学模式,对于满足学生个性化的学习需求、提升他们的伦理决策能力以及社会责任,都具有显著的意义。文章从化工类专业工程伦理教学现状出发,构建科学合理的课程目标,设计创新高效的混合式教学模式,实现“教”与“学”的深度融合,并制定多元化的过程性评价方案,形成一套系统性的改革和实践经验,旨在为促进高校化工类专业工程伦理课程教学改革提供借鉴。At present,under the global technological revolution and industrial transformation,the state actively promotes the construction of New Engineering courses,bringing new concepts to the cultivation of chemical engineering talent.Chemical engineering professionals must not only possess a solid professional foundation but also strong professional ethics.Therefore,it is imperative to reform Engineering Ethics courses in higher education.This study abandons the traditional one-way teaching mode and actively explores the online and offline mixed teaching mode,which is of great significance to meet students’individualized learning needs and enhance their ethical decision-making ability and social responsibility.Based on the current situation of engineering ethics teaching in chemical engineering specialty,this paper constructs scientific and reasonable curriculum objectives,designs an innovative and efficient mixed teaching mode,actualizes the deep integration of“teaching”and“learning”,and formulates a diversified process evaluation scheme.This paper forms a set of systematic reform and practical experience,which is expected to provide reference for promoting the teaching reform of the course engineering ethics in chemical engineering specialty in higher education.
