摘  要:高职院校师德师风建设工作是提高教师思想政治素质和道德情操的重要抓手。当前师德师风建设工作面临制度体系尚不健全、统筹性不足和师德师风教育活动实效性有待提高等实然困境。高职院校应高度重视师德师风建设工作,着力构建思想引领、综合激励和多方联动的师德师风建设长效机制。广东交通职业技术学院结合办学定位及师资队伍建设目标,实施“立德、育德、践德”三大师德师风建设创新工程,探索构建习近平总书记重要论述指导下的“三德一体,以德润才”师德师风建设长效机制。The construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in higher vocational colleges is a crucial lever for enhancing teachers ideological and political qualities and moral integrity.Currently,the development of teacher ethics construction faces practical challenges,such as an incomplete institutional system,insufficient coordination mechanisms,and the need for improved practical effectiveness in ethical education activities.Higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to teacher ethics construction,and strive to establish a long-term mechanism for ethical development that integrates ideological guidance,comprehensive incentives,and multi-stakeholder collaboration.Guangdong Communication Polytechnic,in alignment with its educational positioning and faculty development goals,has implemented three innovative engineering projects“cultivating,nurturing and practicing ethics”for teacher ethics construction.The polytechnic is exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism for teacher ethics development under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important theories,aiming to create a systematic and sustainable model for professional ethics education in higher vocational education.
