应用型高校专业教育与创新创业教育融合研究——以福建江夏学院人力资源管理专业为例

摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略与一流本科专业建设背景下,应用型高校面临深化教育教学改革的挑战,核心在于实现专业教育与创新创业教育的有机融合。以福建江夏学院人力资源管理专业为例,深入剖析现状,发现存在理念认知偏差、课程体系不健全、师资力量薄弱、产教融合水平不高和实践平台建设滞后等问题,制约了创新型应用型人才的培养。针对上述问题,提出重塑融合理念、构建专创融合的课程体系、强化专创融合师资队伍建设、深化产教融合协同育人实践和搭建多层次实践教学平台等五项策略,旨在促进专业教育与创新创业教育融合,为同类高校教育改革提供参考,助力区域经济高质量发展。Under the background of innovation-driven development strategies and the development of first-class undergraduate programs,application-oriented universities face the challenge of deepening educa-tional and pedagogical reforms,with the core objective of achieving organic integration between profes-sional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking the Human Resource Management major at Fujian Jiangxia University as a case,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current state of integration between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The study i-dentifies issues such as conceptual misunderstandings,an underdeveloped curriculum system,weak faculty capacity,low levels of industry-education integration,and delayed construction of practical platforms,all of which hinder the cultivation of innovative and applied talents.To address these challenges,five strate-gies are proposed:reconceptualizing the integration philosophy;building a curriculum system that synergi-zes professional and innovation education;strengthening faculty teams capable of integrating professional and innovation education;deepening industry-education collaboration to advance joint talent development;establishing a multi-tiered practical teaching platform.These strategies aim to foster the integration of pro-fessional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,offer actionable insights for education-al reforms in similar institutions,and contribute to the high-quality development of regional economies.
