摘　　要：文章以江阴家族企业代表H公司为例,采用案例研究法探索家族企业的股权结构特征、成长性趋势及其相互关系。首先,以股权集中度和股权制衡度作为测量变量,对H公司的股权结构特征进行定量分析。随后,运用统计分析方法研究H公司2016—2023年的成长性趋势。研究表明,H公司是典型的家族控股企业,周氏家族持股比例保持在三分之二左右,具有绝对控制权,其各项成长性指标增幅较缓,2016—2023年间成长性表现一般。This paper takes Company H,a representative of family businesses in Jiangyin,as an example,and uses the case study method to explore the ownership structure characteristics and growth trend of family businesses,as well as the relationship between ownership structure and growth.It firstly quantitatively analyzes the ownership structure characteristics of Company H by taking ownership concentration and equity balance degree as measurement variables.Then,the statistical analysis method is used to study the growth trend of Company H from 2016 to 2023.The research shows that Company H is a typical family holding enterprise,and the Zhou family holds about two-thirds of the shares,so that this family has absolute control.The growth indicators of Company H increase slowly,and the growth performance from 2016 to 2023 is average.
