摘  要:针对当前中职计算机教育中存在的培养目标不明确、课程体系滞后以及与企业需求脱节等问题,提出了一种基于“技术驱动”与“能力提升”双轨路径的人才培养方案优化策略。该方案通过更新课程体系、强化实践教学、提升师资力量,并融合智能推荐与个性化教学等现代教学手段,有效提升了中职计算机教育的实用性和针对性。研究结果表明,该优化方案成效显著,不仅有效增强了学生的专业技能和职场适应能力,也为企业输送了更多符合市场需求、具备较高综合素养的计算机应用型人才。In response to the problems of unclear training objectives,outdated curriculum system,and disconnection from enterprise needs in current vocational computer education,a talent training plan optimization strategy based on the dual track path of“technology driven”and“ability enhancement”is proposed.This program effectively enhances the practicality and pertinence of vocational computer education by updating the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,improving teacher resources,and integrating modern teaching methods such as intelligent recommendation and personalized teaching.The research results show that the optimization scheme has significant effects,not only effectively enhancing students̓professional skills and workplace adaptability,but also providing enterprises with more computer application talents who meet market demand and have high comprehensive literacy.
