摘  要:在程序设计类课程的学习过程中,学生往往因孤立思考而导致软件设计与实际需求脱节。研究发现,在大学阶段,学生与教师的互动频繁,教师不仅是知识的传授者,更是价值观与行为模式的塑造者。除了显性的教学能力,教师的隐性特质(如精神风貌和沟通艺术)也对学生产生深远影响。因此,文章聚焦于师德建设,构建“互联网+”师德师风平台,以全面提升教师素养,关注教师的心理健康,并通过各类活动促进师生互动,营造和谐的教学环境。该平台旨在弥合课程理论与实践的脱节,推动师生共同成长,培养兼具技术能力与职业道德的复合型人才。In the learning process of programming courses,students often experience a disconnect between software design and practical needs due to isolated thinking.Research has found that during the university stage,there is frequent interaction between students and teachers.Teachers are not only disseminators of knowledge,but also shapers of values and behavioral patterns.In addition to explicit teaching abilities,teachers̓implicit traits such as spiritual outlook and communication skills also have a profound impact on students.Therefore,the article focuses on the construction of teachers̓ethics,building a“Internet+”platform for teachers̓ethics,in order to comprehensively improve teachers̓quality,pay attention to teachers̓mental health,and promote teacher-student interaction through various activities to create a harmonious teaching environment.This platform aims to bridge the gap between curriculum theory and practice,promote the common growth of teachers and students,and cultivate composite talents who possess both technical abilities and professional ethics.
