摘 要:数智时代的到来推动各行业技术变革,对职业技能人才培养提出了更高要求。通过文献分析、政策解读和实证调研,文章梳理了全球职业教育数字化转型的经验与理论,并分析了我国职业教育技能型人才培养的现状与挑战。在此基础上,提出了动态课程、技术赋能、产教融合、师资升级“四位一体”的培养路径优化策略框架,并配套政策协同、资源整合、生态共建的保障机制。研究结果表明,该框架能够提高人才培养与产业需求的适配度,增强职业教育对数字经济的支撑能力。The advent of the digital-intelligence era is driving rapid technological change across industries,imposing higher requirements on the training of skilled talent.Based on literature review,policy analysis,and empirical research,this paper reviews global experiences and theories of vocational education digital transformation and analyzes the current status and challenges of skilled talent training in China.On this basis,it proposes an integrated framework for optimizing talent cultivation along four dimensions-dynamic curriculum,technological empowerment,industry-education integration,and faculty development-supplemented by supporting mechanisms in policy,resources,and ecosystem.The results show that this framework can improve the alignment between talent training and industry needs and strengthen the capacity of vocational education to support the digital economy.
