低聚木糖应用于无防腐剂面膜的初步研究

摘  要:通过将低聚木糖添加于面膜液配方,并选用耐高温的化妆品原料及包装材料,采用密封包装后高温灭菌的方式,制备低聚木糖无防腐剂面膜,在室温阴凉处保存一年后进行质量检测,其感官指标、理化指标、微生物指标均符合国家标准;另外,以纯牛奶为培养基质,皮肤乳酸菌接种浓度为1.7×10^(2) CFU/mL,(36±1)℃有氧培养11 h的条件下,添加1%的低聚木糖可以促进乳酸菌的生长,促进生长的比率约为19.6%,添加0.3%的苯甲酸钠则会抑制乳酸菌的生长,抑制率为99.9%。本研究为研发促进皮肤益生菌增殖的无防腐剂微生态面膜提供参考。In this article,xylo-oligosaccharide is added to the facial mask formula,and high-temperature-resistant cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials are selected,and high-temperature sterilization after sealing and packaging is used to prepare xylo-oligosaccharide without preservatives.The facial mask was stored in a cool place at room temperature for one year and then underwent quality testing.Its sensory indicators,physical and chemical indicators,and microbial indicators all met national standards.In addition,pure milk was used as the culture medium,and the skin lactobacillus inoculation concentration was 1.7×10^(2) CFU/mL.Under the condition of aerobic culture at(36±1)℃for 11 hours,adding 1%xylo-oligosaccharide can promote the growth of lactobacillus,and the growth promotion rate is about 19.6%.Adding 0.3%sodium benzoate can inhibit the growth of lactobacillus,and the inhibition rate is 99.9%.This study provides a reference for the development of preservative-free microecological masks that promote the proliferation of skin probiotics.
