摘　　要：基于政府官网、医疗论坛等多平台数据,综合运用社会网络分析、情感分析、指数平滑法等方法,深入剖析人工智能大模型医疗应用中相关主体的认知、情感和行为演变,着重探究公众对不同医疗领域应用的情感差异。发现关于人工智能大模型医疗应用相关者的讨论愈发热烈,认知不断深化、情感趋向积极、信任感逐步增强、行为发展稳定向好。进一步探讨发现,社会公众对人工智能大模型在三甲医院、传统中医及乡村医疗领域的应用表现出较高期待。据此提出发挥政府引导作用、鼓励公众积极接受、推动行业创新应用等针对性建议。Based on data from multiple platforms such as government websites and medical forums,and using methods such as social network analysis,sentiment analysis,and exponential smoothing,this study deeply analyzes the cognitive,emotional,and behavioral evolution of stakeholders in the medical application of artificial intelligence(AI)large models,focusing on exploring the emotional differences in public perceptions of AI applications across various medical fields.The findings reveal that discussion around AI large model healthcare applications is becoming increasingly active,with deepening cognition,positive emotions,gradually increasing trust,stable and positive behavioral development.Further exploration indicates that the public has high expectations for the application of AI large models in comprehensive top hospitals,Traditional Chinese Medicine,and rural healthcare.Based on these insights,the study proposes targeted recommendations,including enhancing government guidance,encouraging public acceptance,and promoting industry innovation.
