摘　　要：蔡元培教育家精神具有丰富的科学内涵,具体体现在理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个方面。蔡元培教育家精神具有显著的现代价值,能够推动国家教育改革、助力校园文化建设、指导教师职业发展、引导学生健康成长。新时代教育工作者要以蔡元培为楷模,从传播其教育理念、加强主题校园文化建设、健全教师培训与激励机制、开展主题社会活动等方面弘扬其教育家精神。Cai Yuanpei’s spirit of educators has a rich scientific connotation,embodied in six key aspects:patriotic belief,moral model,education wisdom,academic attitude,benevolence,and unremitting efforts.This spirit holds significant value in a modern context,as it can advance national education reform,enhance campus culture,and provide guidance for teachers’professional development and students’healthy growth.Educators in the new era should look to Cai Yuanpei as a model and carry this spirit forward by spreading his educational philosophy,strengthening the development of thematic campus culture,improving teachers’training and incentive mechanisms,and organizing thematic social activities.
