摘 要:建立了旋涡乳化提取-电感耦合等离子体串联质谱(ICP-MS/MS)测定油茶籽油中15种稀土元素的方法。样液比设定为1∶1,采用含有0.07 g/m L曲拉通的X-100和5%(V/V)硝酸的混合溶液旋涡提取10 min,在氧气(O_(2))模式下,采用ICP-MS/MS串接模式去除潜在质谱干扰。优化条件下,本方法测定各元素的加标回收率为80.6%~111.5%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~4.8%。与传统的微波消解法相比,2种方法得到的结果无显著性差异,但本方法检测灵敏度提升了27~100倍。应用本方法测定湖南、海南和浙江3个产地9个油茶籽油样品中的15种稀土元素,结果表明,不同产地的样品稀土元素分布差异明显,基于稀土元素含量判定油茶籽油的产地,具有一定的可行性。A method was established for the determination of 15 rare earth elements in camellia sinensis seed oil by vortex emulsification extraction combined with inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS).The preprocessing conditions were optimized as follows:sample-to-feed ratio of 1∶1,surfactant concentration of 0.07 g/m L,nitric acid concentration of 5%(V/V),and vortexing time of 10 min.The determination of 15 rare earth elements was carried out in tandem mode by oxygen(O_(2))reaction to remove potential mass spectral interferences.Under optimum conditions,the spiked recoveries were 80.6%-111.5%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.2%?4.8%.Compared with the traditional microwave digestion method,there was no significant difference between the results obtained by the two methods.However,the detection sensitivity of this method was improved by 27?100 times.This method was applied to detect 15 rare earth elements in camellia seed sinensis oil from Hunan,Hainan and Zhejiang provinces.The results showed that the distribution of rare earth elements in the samples from different regions varied significantly,with the total amount of rare earth elements in camellia sinensis seed oil from Zhejiang province being significantly higher than those from Hunan and Hainan provinces.The traceability of the origin of camellia sinensis seed oil based on its rare earth element content may be feasible.
