摘  要:教师是立教之本、兴教之源,加强教师队伍建设是实现教育强国的基础性工作。“双师型”教师是发展职业教育的第一资源,是支撑新时代国家职业教育改革、推进职业教育高质量发展的关键力量。打造高水平双师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作,是“双高计划”改革重点任务之一。当下,“双师型”教师在获得社会身份认同的同时自我身份认同的发展面临困境,主要表现为教师们对自我专业身份与能力的怀疑以及工具化的身份定位对身份价值的消解。充分发挥双师型教师的“纽带”价值则需将“双师型”教师由“局外人”的身份定位转变为串联产教的“纽带”,提升“双师型”教师对专业身份的认同感;打造“双师型”教学团队,建立互惠、互利、互补的教学共同体;构建系统性的“双师型”教师评价标准,为“双师型”教师的专业发展指明方向。Teachers are the foundation of education.Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the basic work to build a leading country in education."Double-typed qualities"teachers are the primary resource for the development of vocational education,and the key force to support the reform and high-quality development of national vocational education in the new era.Building a high level"double-typed qualities"teachers team is the basis for accelerating the modernization of vocational education and is one of the key tasks of the"Double High Program"reform.At present,"double-typed qualities"teachers face difficulties in the development of self-identity while obtaining social-identity,which is mainly manifested in teachers'doubts about self-professional identity and ability and elimination of identity value by instrumental identity positioning.To give full play to the value of"double-typed qualities"teachers,it is necessary 1)to change their identity from,outsider"to,link"in connection with industry and education,and enhance their sense of professional identity;2)to establish a mutually beneficial and complementary"double-typed qualities"teachers community;3)to construct a systematic evaluation standard for"double-typed qualities"teachers,and direct their professional development.
