摘 要:目的:探究在常规高强度抗阻训练之外,补充血流限制(blood flow restriction,BFR)结合低强度抗阻训练对啦啦操运动员下肢肌肉耐力和爆发力的影响。方法:采用重复测量的实验设计,将代表广东省参加中华人民共和国第1届全国学生(青年)运动会(以下简称第1届学青会)啦啦操项目集训的21名运动员随机分为2组,进行2种训练方式的训练,即常规高强度抗阻训练补充低强度抗阻结合血流限制训练(BFR组,10人)、常规高强度训练补充低强度抗阻训练(RT组,11人)。实验干预开始前进行前测,8周后进行后测。在此期间,参与者还进行了常规的体能训练和啦啦操训练。结果:在组间比较中,BFR组和RT组在干预前和干预后下肢肌肉耐力指标和爆发力指标均无显著性差异。在组内比较中,BFR组和RT组的下肢肌肉耐力指标和爆发力指标在干预后均有显著性差异。结论:实验后2组的下肢肌肉耐力和爆发力表现都有所提高,但在补充运动中添加BFR并没有增强这些反应;虽然低强度抗阻训练结合血流限制不会对阻力训练的适应性反应产生负面影响,但对于已经进行严格训练的健康啦啦操运动员来说,这种训练策略可能不会带来更多益处。OBJECTIVE:This study investigates the effects of supplemental blood flow restriction(BFR)combined with low-intensity resistance training alongside conventional high-intensity resistance training on lower limb muscular endurance and power in cheerleading athletes.METHODS:A repeated-measures experimental design was employed.Twenty-one athletes participating in cheerleading training for the First National Student(Youth)Games of the People's Republic of China were randomly divided into two groups:the BFR group(n=10),performing conventional high-intensity resistance training supplemented with low-intensity resistance training combined with BFR;and the RT group(n=11),performing conventional high-intensity training supplemented with low-intensity resistance training alone.Pre-intervention tests were conducted before the 8-week training period,followed by post-intervention tests.Participants also maintained routine physical and cheerleading training.RESULTS:Between-group comparisons showed no significant differences in lower-limb muscular endurance or power pre-or post-intervention.Within-group comparisons revealed significant post-intervention improvements in both metrics for both groups.CONCLUSION:Both groups exhibited enhanced lower-limb muscular endurance and power post-intervention,but adding BFR provided no additional benefits.While low-intensity resistance training with BFR did not negatively impact training adaptations,it may not offer further advantages for healthy,highly trained cheerleading athletes.
