摘 要:目的:探讨多学科协作(multi-disciplinary teamwork,MDT)教学在骨科护士规范化培训中的应用效果方法:选取2022年9月至2024年9月在四川省某护士规范化培训基地参与培训的50名规培护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为MDT教学组(试验组)和传统教学组(对照组),每组各25人,以髋部骨折术后肺部感染教学为例开展教学,教学结束后通过理论考核、护理方案制定能力考核、患者及家属满意度评价以及规培护士满意度评价综合评估教学效果。采用t检验和χ2检验比较两组间差异是否具有统计学意义。结果:MDT教学组规培护士的理论考核得分(95.28±2.53)与传统教学组理论考核得分(94.68±2.34)差异不具有统计学意义,但MDT教学组护理方案制定能力考核得分、患者及家属满意度评价得分和规培护士满意度评价得分分别为(91.76±4.98)分、(18.44±1.61)分和(85.44±3.23)分高于传统教学规培护士的(82.64±4.42)分、(15.56±1.92)分和(80.28±2.44)分,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:MDT教学法在骨科护士规范化培训中有较好应用效果,有助于提高规培护士临床综合能力且得到规培护士及患者、家属认可。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-disciplinary teamwork(MDT)teaching in the standardized training of orthopedic nurses.Methods A total of 50 nurses participating in the standardized training program at a nursing training base in Sichuan Province from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into an MDT teaching group(experimental group)and a traditional teaching group(control group),with 25 nurses in each group.Taking postoperative pulmonary infection after hip fracture as an example,the teaching was carried out.After the teaching,the effectiveness was evaluated comprehensively through theoretical assessments,the ability to develop nursing plans,satisfaction evaluations from patients and their families,and satisfaction evaluations from the trainees.The differences between the two groups were compared using t-tests andχ2 tests to determine statistical significance.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the MDT teaching group(95.28±2.53)and the traditional teaching group(94.68±2.34)did not show a statistically significant difference.However,the MDT group scored higher than the control group in terms of nursing plan development ability (91.76±4.98 vs. 82.64±4.42), patient and family satisfaction (18.44±1.61 vs. 15.56±1.92), and nurse satisfaction (85.44±3.23 vs. 80.28±2.44), with all differences being statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The MDT teaching method has a good application effect in the standardized training of orthopedic nurses. It helps improve the clinical comprehensive ability of trainees and is well recognized by the trainees, patients, and their families.
