摘  要:聚焦培养适应未来社会发展的生物学人才,要求学生不仅要具备较为深厚的理论基础和更趋合理的知识结构,更应该具备敏锐的科研思维和创新精神。本文提出并实践了“核心引领、两翼协同”人才培养新模式,即以“重品德、厚基础、强实践、求创新”为核心,以生物化学和生化分析技术课程建设为两翼,持续推进教学改革。课程坚持鲜明的育人导向,着眼培养学生探索未知、勇攀科学高峰的责任感和使命感,从调整知识架构、开展课堂大讨论等方面入手,有效增强了学生的学习内驱力,通过有机融入劳动教育,在夯实学生理论基础的同时,助力实现五育并举。课程突出科教融合特色,通过教学内容重构、科研成果转化实验等举措,系统地培养学生的科研思维能力和创新精神,为学生日后开展科学研究打下坚实的基础。实践证明,该教学模式通过课程内容的有机衔接,在夯实学生的理论基础以及培养学生的实践创新能力等方面均取得了显著成效,有效实现了两门课程的协同育人,为未来生物学创新人才的培养提供有益的借鉴和参考。Focusing on cultivating biology talents who can adapt to future social development,students are required to not only have a solid theoretical foundation and a more reasonable knowledge structure,but also to have sharp scientific research thinking and innovative spirit.We have proposed and practiced a new talent cultivation model of“core leadership and two wings collaboration”,which focused on“valuing morality,laying a solid foundation,strengthening practice,and seeking innovation”,and continuously promoted teaching reform with the construction of biochemistry and biochemical analysis technology courses.The courses adhered to a clear educational orientation,cultivated students'sense of responsibility and mission to explore the unknown and climb scientific heights,and implemented the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.The construction of the biochemistry course started with adjusting the knowledge structure,conducting discussions,and integrating the labor education.Results indicated that this reform significantly enhanced the students'learning motivation,reinforced the students'theoretical basis of biochemistry and assisted the simultaneous development of the five educations.The biochemical analysis technology course highlighted the integration of science and education through measures such as teaching content reconstruction and scientific research achievement transformation experiments,systematically cultivated students'scientific research thinking ability and innovative spirit,laid a solid foundation for their future scientific research.Practice has proven that this teaching model has achieved significant results in consolidating students'theoretical foundation and cultivated their practical and innovative abilities through the organic connection of the courses'content.It has effectively achieved the collaborative education of the two courses,provided useful reference and guidance for the cultivation of innovative talents in biology in the future.
