摘 要:《联合国气候变化框架公约》将土壤碳封存列为实现长期“碳中和”的重点方式之一。酒糟是白酒生产过程中产生的大量集中的主要废弃物,含有丰富的营养物质、较高的水分和纤维素,对生产生物质、生物炭等均有一定的优势,资源化利用潜力较高。近年来,酒糟的生物炭制备技术已成为一种用于各个领域的新兴技术,并且在土壤改良方面具有一定潜力。本文对国内外相关研究的最新进展进行总结,并概述了以白酒酒糟为原料进行生物炭转化途径的土壤碳封存的可行性,旨在对处理酒工业化生产中污染物的同时,达到碳封存效果,为国家碳达峰政策做贡献的方法进行可行性讨论。The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC)has identified soil carbon sequestration as one of the key ap-proaches to achieving long-term carbon neutrality.Distillers grains,a major by-product generated in large quantities during the production of Baijiu,contains rich nutrients,high moisture,and high cellulose content.These characteristics provide certain advantages for the production of biomass and biochar,thus holding significant potential for resource utilization.In recent years,the technology of preparing biochar from distillers grains has emerged as a novel technique for various applications,particularly in soil improvement.This article summarizes the latest domestic and international progress in relevant fields and outlines the feasibility of soil carbon sequestration through biochar conversion by using Baijiu distillers grains as the raw material.The aim is to discuss the feasibility of the methods that can achieve carbon sequestration while addressing pollutants from the industrial production of Baijiu.
