摘 要:通过对调节pH的方式、加热和转移环节进行优化,对标准曲线、重复性和加标回收率进行比较分析,对分光光度法检测白酒中氰化物含量的检测方法进行优化研究,为检测白酒中氰化物含量建立一种更优的检测方法。结果表明,本试验改进方法后,避免了样液浑浊,简化了pH调节过程,降低了转移操作难度;在标准曲线方面,两种方法的线性关系基本一致且良好;在重复性方面,优化后检测方法的重复性更加稳定;在加标回收率方面,国标法的加标回收率较差,优化后检测方法的加标回收率高、准确度好。改进后的检测方法更优,操作简便、检测结果准确可靠,适用于白酒中氰化物含量检测。The determination method for cyanide in Baijiu by spectrophotometry was optimized through optimizing the pH adjustment method,and the heating and transfer processes.The standard curve,repeatability,and spiked recovery rate of the method before and after optimization were com-pared and analyzed.The results showed that,after optimization,the turbidity of the sample solution was avoided,the pH adjustment process was sim-plified,and the difficulty of transfer operation was reduced.The linear relationship of the two methods is basically consistent and good;the optimized method has more stable repeatability;the spiked recovery rate of the optimized method was higher,and the accuracy was better.The improved detec-tion method is simple,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the detection for cyanide content in Baijiu.
