摘　　要：为加快基层医师临床能力的提升,从2019年开始海军全面实行全科医师规范化培训(规培)制度。传染科是全科医师规培的重要组成部分,由于传染病的发生与地域、季节和人文等密切相关,导致目前教学培训存在病种单一、学员重视度不高等问题,影响了海军全科医师疾病防控能力的培养。因此,克服客观条件限制、有效提高海军全科医师规培相关传染性疾病防控能力,是提升海军基层医师临床能力面临的主要问题。笔者根据本教研室建立的海军军医传染病防控胜任力培训模式,结合近年来的教学经验,针对海军全科规培医师的传染科培训难题提出相关建议与思考。To accelerate the enhancement of clinical skills among physicians at small-unit level,the PLA Navy implemented a comprehensive general practice residency training program in 2019.The infectious diseases department is an important part of this training.However,the occurrence of infectious diseases is closely related to factors such as region,season,and culture,leading to several challenges in the current educational training,including a limited variety of cases and a lack of emphasis from trainees.These challenges have hindered the development of disease prevention and control capabilities among naval general practitioners.Overcoming these objective limitations and effectively enhancing the infectious diseases prevention and control skills of military general practitioners are primary issues for improving the clinical capabilities of military physicians at small-unit level.Based on the infectious diseases prevention competency training model established by our teaching and research office,and drawing from recent teaching experiences,this paper offers suggestions and reflections on addressing the challenges in the training of naval general practice resident physicians in infectious diseases department.
