勘查技术与工程专业精神塑造的全链条实践模式

摘　　要：勘查技术与工程专业主要面向国家能源、资源勘探的需求,培养应用基础研究型、工程型人才。其理工结合的专业特点,要求学生具备基础型、综合型知识储备;其野外实践工作要求学生具有坚强的从业意愿、吃苦耐劳的地学精神及较高的团队合作意识。关注勘查技术与工程专业的基础教育和人才培养过程,以及教学和实践中普遍存在的问题和现状,落实立德树人根本任务,提出以精神养成教育贯穿“入学教育—专业实习—思政活动—创新实验—技能竞赛—科研训练……毕业实践和论文”本科教育各环节的“全链条实践教学模式”。以地学精神、科学家精神为指引,树立和传承崇高创新精神,提升学生的家国情怀、使命担当与求真创新意识,促进学生更好地理解和分析理论知识,以及在实践中掌握勘查技术与工程数据分析的技能,促进理论的思考和变革,培养具备良好的实践能力、创新意识和协作能力的工程型创新人才。The major of exploration technology and engineering is mainly to train applied basic research and engineering talents for the needs of national energy and resource exploration.The specialty characteristic of the combination of science and technology requires students to have basic and comprehensive knowledge reserve;Its field practice requires students to have a strong willingness to work,hard-working geoscience spirit and a high sense of teamwork.This paper focuses on the current problems and current situation in the teaching and practice of the exploration technology and engineering major in the process of basic education and personnel training.With the fundamental goal of building morality and cultivating talents,it proposes that the spiritual cultivation education should run through“entrance education-professional practice-ideological and political activities-innovation experiment-skill competition-scientific research training...graduation practice and thesis”teaching mode for all aspects of undergraduate education.Guided by the spirit of geoscience and the spirit of scientists,the school establishes and inherits the spirit of lofty innovation,elevates students’feelings of home and country,sense of mission and truth-seeking innovation,promotes students’better understanding and analysis of theoretical knowledge,exploration technology and engineering data analysis skills in practice,and promotes theoretical thinking and reform to cultivate engineering innovative talents with good practical ability,innovative consciousness and collaborative ability.
