摘  要:随着我国低生育率趋势的不断凸显,学前教育领域面临着新的挑战与机遇。高职学前教育专业作为培养学前教育师资的专业机构,其资源的优化配置与协调对于保障学前教育质量、适应人口变化具有重要现实意义。直面低生育率背景下高职学前教育资源在财力投入、师资建设、课程资源开发和实训基地及设施建设等方面存在的分配、利用问题,探讨其优化配置与协调的治理策略,旨在为适应低生育率背景下高职学前教育体系构建提供理论支持与实践指导,促进学前教育事业的高质量发展。With the continuous prominence of the low fertility rate trend in China,the field of preschool education is facing new challenges and opportunities.As a professional institution for cultivating preschool education teachers,the optimization and coordination of resources in the preschool education major of higher vocational colleges have important practical significance for ensuring the quality of preschool education and adapting to population changes.By directly addressing the issues of allocation and utilization of preschool education resources in higher vocational colleges under the background of low fertility rate,such as financial investment,construction of teaching team,curriculum resource development,and training bases and facilities,this paper explores the governance strategies for their optimization and coordination.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the preschool education system in higher vocational colleges under the background of low fertility rate,and to promote the high-quality development of the preschool education cause.
