系统观念视域下职业教育高质量发展的 多维内涵、基本特征与实践路径

摘　　要：职业教育高质量发展是一项蕴含前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、战略性布局和整体性推进的动态开放、结构耦合、联系复杂的系统工程,实现职业教育高质量发展需要系统设计和整体布局。从系统观念出发推动职业教育高质量发展需要遵循系统观念所秉持的普遍联系、全面系统和变化发展的基本价值逻辑。在职业教育高质量发展的新征程上,系统观念作为推进职业教育高质量发展的基本工作方法,需要从系统观念所持守的前瞻性、全局性、战略性和整体性原则出发探索职业教育高质量发展的实践路径。The high-quality development of vocational education is a dynamic,open,structurally coupled and complex system engineering which contains forward-looking thinking,overall planning,strategic layout and overall promotion.The realization of high-quality development of vocational education requires systematic design and overall layout.To promote the high-quality development of vocational education from the concept of system,it is necessary to follow the basic value logic of universal connection,comprehensive system,and change and development.On the new journey of the high-quality development of vocational education,the system concept,as the basic working method to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,needs to explore the practical path of the high-quality development of vocational education from the forward-looking,overall,strategic and holistic principles held by the system concept.
