职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的内在逻辑、困境与对策

摘  要:新质生产力是顺应新经济发展需求,以创新、知识、技术为动力,符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。职业教育作为培养高素质技术技能新质人才的主要场所,已经成为赋能新质生产力发展的研究热点之一,二者双向赋能。但在新质生产力发展背景下,职业教育面临育人理念滞后、教育体系不匹配、校企合作程度不深等问题,为此,职业教育需要转变育人理念;优化体系结构,提升人才培养适配度;深化交流协作,共促校企融合发展;提高师资水平等,最终实现赋能新质生产力发展。New quality productivity represents an advanced form of productivity that aligns with the demands of the new economic development,driven by innovation,knowledge,and technology,and consistent with the new development philosophy.As the primary venue for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with new quality competencies,vocational education has emerged as a key research focus in empowering the development of new quality productivity,creating a mutually reinforcing relationship between the two.However,under the backdrop of new quality productivity development,vocational education faces challenges such as outdated educational philosophies,mismatched institutional systems,and superficial industry-academia collaboration.To address these issues,vocational education needs to transform its educational paradigms,optimize structural frameworks to enhance talent cultivation alignment,deepen collaborative exchanges to promote integrated industry-academia development,and improve faculty capabilities.These measures will ultimately empower the advancement of new quality productivity.
