摘  要:目的:观察感觉统合训练联合脑电生物反馈在多动症患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年2月该院收治的93例多动症患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=46)与研究组(n=47)。对照组采用脑电生物反馈,研究组在对照组的基础上联合感觉统合训练,比较两组干预前后注意力[综合注意力商数(FAQ)、综合反应控制商数(FRCO)]、行为能力[Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)]、认知功能[威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)]、感觉统合能力[儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表(SIS)]评分。结果:干预后,两组FAQ、FRCQ评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组思维问题、注意问题、违纪行为、攻击性行为、焦虑/抑郁等CBCL评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组完成卡片数、正确分类卡片数及完成分类数评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,两组持续错误数与随机错误数评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组触觉防御及情绪、大肌肉及平衡感、学习能力发展、本体感及身体协调、较大年龄的特殊问题等SIS评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感觉统合训练联合脑电生物反馈应用于多动症患儿可提高注意力和感觉统合能力评分,改善认知功能评分,以及降低行为能力评分的效果优于单纯脑电生物反馈。Objective:To observe application effects of sensory integration training combined with EEG biofeedback in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 93 children with ADHD admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to February 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=47).The control group was treated with EEG biofeedback,while the study group was combined with sensory integration training on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of attention[full scale attention quotient(FAQ),full scale control quotient(FRCO)],behavioral ability[Achenbach child behavior checklist(CBCL)],cognitive function[Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)]and sensory integration ability[children’s sensory integration development scale(SIS)]were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of FAQ and FRCQ in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CBCL scores of thinking problems,attention problems,discipline violations,aggressive behaviors,and anxiety/depression in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the number of completed cards,the number of correctly classified cards and the number of completed classifications in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of continuous error number and random error number in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically si
