摘　　要：目的:探讨体育锻炼对农村留守儿童亲社会行为的影响,并考察同伴接纳和其心理弹性在其中的中介效应。方法:选取江西省吉安市、井冈山市地区711名农村留守儿童(男366人,女345人),采用体育锻炼情况问卷、同伴关系量表中同伴接纳分量表、心理弹性量表与亲社会行为倾向量表用进行问卷调查,运用Amos24.0构建并检验链式中介模型。结果表明:(1)农村留守儿童体育锻炼、亲社会行为、同伴接纳、心理弹性四个变量间的相关系数均达到显著水平且具有统计学意义。(2)链式中介效应模型分析显示,农村留守儿童体育锻炼不仅能直接正向预测亲社会行为,而且能够通过心理弹性的单独中介及同伴接纳→心理弹性的链式中介作用间接影响亲社会行为。结论:本研究为提升农村留守儿童亲社会行为提供科学依据和有效方法,同时推动农村体育教育的改革和发展,提高社会各界对农村留守儿童问题的关注程度。Purpose:To explore the effects of physical exercise on pro-social behaviors of rural left-behind children,and to examine the mediating effects of peer acceptance and their psychological resilience in it.Methods:711 rural left-behind children(366 males and 345 females)in Ji'an and Jinggangshan districts of Jiangxi Province were selected as the study subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the physical activity rating scale,the peer acceptance subscale of the peer relationship scale,the psychological elasticity scale,and the tendency to pro-social behavior scale,and the chain mediation model was established and tested using Amos 24.0.The results showed that:(1)the correlation coefficients among the four variables of physical exercise,pro-social behavior,peer acceptance and psychological flexibility of rural left-behind children reached the significant level and were statistically significant.(2)Chain mediation effect model analysis showed that physical activity of rural left-behind children not only directly positively predicted pro-social behavior,but also indirectly affected pro-social behavior through the individual mediation of psychological flexibility and the chain mediation of peer acceptance→psychological flexibility.Conclusion:This study provides scientific basis and effective methods for enhancing the prosocial behavior of left behind children in rural areas,while promoting the reform and development of rural physical education,and increasing the attention of all sectors of society to the issue of left behind children in rural areas.
