摘　　要：新时代必须站在国内国外两个大局下统筹高等教育发展,坚持党对高校教师队伍建设的全面领导,以中国特有的教育家精神要求高校教师。坚持党对高校教师队伍建设的全面领导必须加强党对教师队伍的政治领导、思想领导和组织领导,坚持社会主义办学方向落实立德树人的根本任务,提升教师思想政治素质和师德素养,不断增强高校党组织的组织功能。加强党对高校教师队伍建设的全面领导是以教师队伍建设推动高等教育高质量发展的重要途径,而高质量的高等教育发展才能更好统筹“两个大局”。必须加强党在教师选拔与聘任、教师培养与培训、教师考核与评价全过程的全面领导,构建党委领导教师队伍建设的工作机制,深化教育体制改革,提高教师领域投入,加强和落实党对高校教师队伍建设的全面领导。In the new era,it is necessary to coordinate the development of higher education from both domestic and international perspectives,adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party in the construction of the university faculty,and demand university faculty with the unique spirit of Chinese educators.To uphold to the comprehensive leadership of the Party in the construction of the university faculty,it is necessary to strengthen the Party's political,ideological,and organizational leadership over the faculty,adhere to the socialist direction of education,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,enhance the ideological and political qualities and professional ethics of teachers,and continuously enhance the organizational functions of the Party organizations in universities.Strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party over the construction of university faculty is an important way to promote the high-quality development of higher education through the construction of university faculty,and high-quality higher education development can better coordinate the“two overall situations”.We must strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the Party in the entire process of teacher appointment,teacher training and development,teacher assessment and evaluation,establish a working mechanism for the Party Committee to lead the construction of the faculty,deepen education system reform,increase investment in the field of faculty and teachers,and strengthen and implement the Party's comprehensive leadership in the construction of the university faculty.
