摘  要:为提升食品类专业学位硕士研究生的工程实践能力,分析国内高校在其培养全过程中的主要问题,借鉴国外经验,提出从特色课程设置、实践基地建设、学位论文与工程实践的融合以及实践能力考核机制方面改革。专硕工程实践能力培养应根据学校学科的研究方向,有侧重地设置特色化课程体系,形成联合培养基地建设和校内外导师培养交流机制,建立学位论文选题源于工程、进程同步工程、成果指导工程的学位论文机制,以及校企联动监控体系及评价反馈机制,从而提升食品类专硕的工程实践能力,为高校高层次、应用型工程人才培养提供参考。In order to enhance the engineering practical ability of food-related professional degree graduate students,analyze the main problems existing in the domestic postgraduate education,and draw on foreign experience to propose reform from the perspectives of special course setting,practice base construction,integration of thesis and engineering practice,and practical ability assessment mechanism.The cultivation of engineering practice ability for professional master’s students in food science should be based on the research directions of the school’s disciplines,and a characteristic curriculum system should be set up with emphasis.A joint training base construction and an exchange mechanism for on-campus and off-campus mentors should be formed.A thesis mechanism should be established where the topic selection,progress,and results are all closely linked to engineering.A monitoring system and evaluation feedback mechanism involving both the university and enterprises should also be established.This will enhance the engineering practice ability of food science professional master’s students and provide a reference for the cultivation of high-level,applied engineering talents in universities.
