摘  要:婴幼儿作为一类特殊的群体,其发育尚不完善,对食品中有害物质的耐受力低,因此,保障其食品营养和安全尤为重要。聚焦婴幼儿食品安全与检测领域,通过分析婴幼儿食品的特点和潜在风险,探讨其有效的检测方法和保障措施,并提出加强婴幼儿食品安全监管和检测的相关建议,为确保婴幼儿食品的安全与质量,保障其健康成长提供有力的支持。Infants and young children as a special group,its development is not perfect,the tolerance of harmful substances in food is low.Therefore,to ensure their food nutrition and safety is particularly important.Focus on the field of infant food safety and testing,analyze the characteristics and potential risks of infant food,discuss its effective testing methods and safeguard measures,and put forward relevant suggestions to strengthen the supervision and testing of infant food safety,so as to ensure the safety and quality of infant food and provide strong support for its healthy growth.
