摘 要:为总体评估福建省市售荔枝的质量安全情况,对采自福建省的428批荔枝进行了农药残留分析并进行风险评估。基于超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)与气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)的分析手段,对样品中的农药残留进行了检测。采用慢性饮食暴露风险(%ADI)和急性饮食暴露风险(%ARfD)评价了荔枝对人体的健康风险。结果显示,检出的样品共有188批,占总的样品43.9%,有9种农药检出, 18.9%的单一农药检出。按GB 2763—2021判定,合格率90.3%。根据膳食评估公式计算,所检出农药的慢性摄入风险(%ADI)和急性饮食暴露风险(%ARfD)分别为0.003%~0.719%和0.156%~15.616%,均远小于100%。结果表明福建省市售荔枝的膳食风险都可接受。In order to generally assess the quality and safety of commercially available lychees in Fujian Province,a total of 428 batches of lychees harvested from Fujian Province were analysed for pesticide residues and subjected to risk assessment.The pesticide residues in the samples were detected on the basis of ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)and gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)techniques.The chronic dietary exposure risk(%ADI)and acute dietary exposure risk(%ARfD)were used to evaluate the health risk of lychee to human.The results showed that 188 batches of samples were detected,which accounted for 43.9%of the total samples.9 pesticides were detected,and 18.9%of single pesticides were detected.According to GB 2763—2021,the passing rate was 90.3%.According to the dietary assessment formula,the chronic intake risk(%ADI)and acute dietary exposure risk(%ARfD)of the detected pesticides were 0.003%-0.719%and 0.156%-15.616%respectively,which were much less than 100%.The dietary risks of commercially available litchi in Fujian Province were acceptable.
