摘 要:本文采用液相色谱法结合紫外检测器技术,对饮料中的阿力甜含量进行精确测定。在分析过程中,深入探究了检测不确定性的潜在来源,并据此构建了一个数学评估模型。该模型详细阐述了各影响因素的定量计算方法,最终实现了扩展不确定度的有效估算,从而提升了测量结果的准确性和可靠性。当饮料中阿力甜测定结果为0.0423 g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.00502 g/kg(k=2)。该研究工作可为饮料中阿力甜测定提供科学合理的结果。This paper presents a precise determination of alitame content in beverages using liquid chromatography combined with ultraviolet detection technology.During the analysis potential sources of measurement uncertainty were thoroughly investigated,and a mathematical evaluation model was established.This model details the quantitative calculation methods of each influencing factor,ultimately achieving effective of expanded uncertainty,thereby enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.When the alitame content in beverages was determined to be.0.0423 g/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.00502 g/kg,with k=2.This work a basis for reporting scientifically reasonable results for alitame content in beverages.
