摘　　要：为进一步加强实验室安全管理工作,针对实验室安全管理工作中存在的责任体系不健全、管理制度不完善、人员安全意识不强等系列问题,提出了几条实验室安全管理实践路径,以不断完善实验室安全治理体系,持续提升实验室管理的制度化、规范化、常态化、专业化、信息化水平。本文以Z校为例,以落实责任强担当、完善制度建体系、育人为本增意识、安全检查筑保障、信息技术提水平的实验室安全治理体系,为提高高校实验室安全管理水平提供参考。In order to strengthen the laboratory safety management,in view of the problems of the incomplete responsibility system,the imperfect management system,and the weak safety awareness of personnel in laboratory safety work,we should constantly improve the laboratory safety governance system and continuously improve the institutionalization,standardization,normalization,specialization,and informatization of laboratory management.Taking Z University as an example,the study focuses on the current situation of laboratory safety management in universities in the new era,and establishes a laboratory safety management system that implements strong responsibility,improves system building,increases awareness of educating people,ensures safety inspection,and improves information technology.It provides reference for improving the level of laboratory safety management in universities.
