摘  要:本文深入剖析了新质生产力对高等教育人才培养提出的崭新要求,并结合实践案例,系统探讨了提升高校学生资助育人能力的多元路径。旨在通过创新策略与实践探索,实现资助工作与人才培养的深度融合,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人提供坚实支撑。本文不仅强调了提升资助育人能力的重要性与紧迫性,还积极展望了未来发展的新方向,为高校学生资助工作的转型升级提供了有益的参考与借鉴。Amidst the vibrant surge of new quality productive forces,the financial aid work for college students is confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This realm not only shoulders the crucial task of alleviating students'economic burdens but is also entrusted with the new mission of deepening its educational function and fostering all-round development of talents.This paper delves into the novel requirements posed by new quality productive forces on talent cultivation in higher education,and systematically explores diversified pathways to enhance the educational capacity of college student financial aid programs,drawing upon practical case studies.It aims to achieve a profound integration between financial aid and talent cultivation through innovative strategies and practical explorations,thereby providing a solid foundation for nurturing socialist builders and successors who are morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and laboriously competent.This paper underscores both the significance and urgency of enhancing the educational capacity of financial aid programs,while also offering a proactive outlook on future development directions,serving as a valuable reference and source of inspiration for the transformation and upgrading of college student financial aid work.
