摘 要:在国家职业教育改革推动下,辽宁省高职院校积极加强高层次人才队伍尤其是博士人才队伍的建设。近年来,得益于政策倾斜和资源投入,博士数量显著增加,但同时也面临着引进难、培育难和留住难等一系列问题。基于对高层次人才队伍建设所面临挑战的剖析,通过加强政策引领、优化资源配置以及健全发展机制等建设思路,助力辽宁省高职院校吸引和留住更多的高层次人才,促进师资队伍建设,推动辽宁省职业教育高速高质量发展。Under the promotion of national vocational education reform,higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province actively strengthen the construction of high-level talent teams,especially the construction of doctoral talent teams.In recent years,the number of doctors has significantly increased through policy tilt and resource investment,but higher vocational colleges also face difficulties in introduction,cultivation,and retention.Based on the analysis of the challenges in building a high-level talent team,this study aims to strengthen policy guidance,optimize resource allocation,and improve development mechanism to help higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province attract and retain more high-level talents,promote the development of teaching staff,and enhance the high-speed and high-quality development of vocational education in Liaoning Province.
