摘  要:“立德树人”是新时代高校师德师风建设的重要引领,是新时期高校师德师风建设的重要目标和根本任务。面对新时代的目标、任务与要求,师德评价在师德师风建设中是关键的一环,在加强和改进师德师风建设中发挥着重大作用。明晰新时代高校“立德树人”的基本内涵,厘清“立德树人”根本任务与高校师德师风建设的内在逻辑关系,剖析师德师风评价中的现实问题,展开“立德树人”引领高校师德评价构建的实践思维,有必要在评价理念、评价目标、评价指标、评价方法及反馈机制等方面,积极回应新时代高等学校师德师风建设的目标、任务与要求,不断提升教师立德树人的基本能力。"Establishing Morality and Cultivating People"serves as a critical guiding principle for the development of teachers'ethics and professional conduct in higher education institutions in the new era,representing both a fundamental objective and a core mission.Given the goals,tasks,and demands of the new era,ethical evaluation of teachers plays a pivotal role in advancing and refining the construction of teachers'ethics.To clarify the essential connotation of"Establishing Morality and Cultivating People"in contemporary higher education,delineate the intrinsic logical relationship between this mission and the development of teachers'ethics,address practical challenges in ethical evaluation,and explore practical approaches for building a"Establishing Morality and Cultivating People"-driven evaluation framework,it is imperative to align evaluation philosophies,objectives,criteria,methods,and feedback mechanisms with the goals and requirements of the new era.This alignment will continuously enhance teachers'foundational capacity to fulfill their moral and educational responsibilities.
