摘　　要：高校数字化成熟度评估是监测高校数字化发展水平的重要手段和途径,对评估高校数字化发展现状、对标发展目标找差距、推进数字化转型具有非常重要的现实意义。评估模型的研究以促进教育高质量发展为目标,结合高等教育数字化发展的特点和内涵,从数字化战略、组织运营、数字基础设施、数字化能力、数字文化等5个维度,构建3层架构的高校数字化成熟度评估体系;结合数字化发展历程,将高校数字化成熟度划分为初始级、规范级、管理级、治理级、生态级,构建高校数字化成熟度评估模型。在此基础上,开发与评估模型相适应的信息系统,以支撑该模型的应用实践,并以某大学为例阐述该模型的具体应用过程。评估模型为高校提供数字化成熟度评估的方法和工具,对高校数字化发展甚至教育数字化转型具有科学的指导意义和辅助决策的作用。The evaluation of digital maturity in universities is an important approach to monitor the level of digital development in universities.It has significant practical significance in evaluating the current status of digital development in universities,benchmarking development goals,and promoting digital transformation.The research on evaluation models aims to promote high-quality development of education,combined with the characteristics and connotations of digital development in higher education,and constructs a three-layer evaluation system for the digital maturity of universities from five dimensions,namely digital strategy,organizational operation,digital infrastructure,digital capabilities,and digital culture.Based on the development process of digitalization,the digital maturity of universities is divided into five levels:initial level,normative level,management level,governance level,and ecological level.A digital maturity evaluation model for universities is constructed,and an information system developed to support the application practice of this model.The specific application process of this model is explained using a certain university as an example.This model provides a method and tool for evaluating the digital maturity of universities,and has scientific guidance and decision-making assistance for the digital development of universities and even the digital transformation of education.
