摘 要:面对高质量发展和“新双高”建设的新形势,在办学资源相对缺乏的情形下,采取“在地国际化”办学模式是地方高职院校提升国际化水平的一种最佳选择,有助于创新国际交流与合作的新机制、深化高职院校差异发展的新特色以及提升国际视野人才培养的新水平。地方高职院校在地国际化办学需要积极拓展国际交流与合作空间和提升国际教育影响力来反哺学校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新等内涵建设的结构优化和提质增效。通过加强在地国际化办学的职教视域研究、健全运行管理机制、构建内外循环格局、研发在地国际化项目课程体系、推进师资国际化建设等途径,全方位探索能够突出专业办学特色的适宜性国际教育发展模式,使学校更多师生都能有机会学习国外优秀文化和提升跨文化交际能力。In the face of the new situation of high-quality development and the construction of"New Double High Plan",adopting the"localized internationalization"mode of education is the best choice for local vocational colleges to enhance their internationalization level in the context of relatively scarce educational resources.It helps to innovate new mechanisms for international exchange and cooperation,deepen the new characteristics of differentiated development in vocational colleges,and enhance the new level of talent cultivation with an international perspective.Local vocational colleges need to actively expand their international exchange and cooperation space and enhance their international educational influence in order to support the structural optimization and quality improvement of the school's talent cultivation,scientific research,social services,cultural inheritance and innovation.By strengthening the research on the vocational education perspective of local international education,improving the operation and management mechanism,constructing an internal and external circulation pattern,developing a local international project curriculum system,and promoting the internationalization of teaching staff,we will comprehensively explore suitable international education development models that can highlight the characteristics of professional education,so that more teachers and students in the school can have the opportunity to learn about excellent foreign cultures and enhance their cross-cultural communication abilities.
