摘  要:“兵教师”培养是教育强国建设的战略需要,是时代赋予教师教育的新视域新命题。促进优秀退役军人到中小学任教,有利于推动落实立德树人根本任务,助力改善中小学教师队伍性别比例结构。我国“兵教师”培养刚刚起步,目前主要呈现出专项培训非学历教育和全日制学历教育两种形式。以全国率先开展的全日制、本-硕贯通培养“兵教师”的学历教育SVC模式为例,探讨“兵教师”培养的育人目标、培养模式和培养机制具有重要意义。未来要紧抓发展机遇,正确处理好培养规模与培养质量、职前培养与职后培养、人才培养与科学研究这“三对”关系,促进“兵教师”培养工作的健康持续高质量发展。The training of “military background teacher” is a strategic necessity for building a strong educational nation and represents a new field for teacher education in the present age. Promoting outstanding veterans to teach in primary and secondary schools is essential for supporting the fundamental task of fostering moral values in education and helping improve the gender balance in the teaching workforce. Currently, “military background teacher” training in China is still in its early stages. It mainly consists of two forms: specialized non-degree training and degree-based education. The SVC model, which integrates bachelor's and master's degrees for full-time “military background teacher” is a pioneering example. It is important to explore the educational goals, training models, and mechanisms for “military background teacher” development. In the future, it is crucial to seize opportunities to balance scale with quality, pre-service with in-service training, and talent development with research. This will ensure the healthy, sustainable and high-quality development of “military background teacher” training.
