摘　　要：中国式现代化以其人民立场和共产党领导的制度优势顺应历史趋势,超越了西方现代化资本立场和多党制党争的局限性,展现出强大的生机和活力,为中国式现代化国际话语权提供了坚实的道义支撑、制度保障和实力基础,理应拥有与之相匹配的国际话语权。然而,由于西方国家秉持霸权逻辑以先在话语优势挤压中国式现代化的话语空间,以意识形态遏制战略解构中国式现代化的道义价值,加上西方学术范式的主导地位侵蚀中国式现代化的话语体系,世界信息不均衡流动秩序限制中国式现代化的国际传播使中国式现代化国际话语权的实然与其应然反差较大。为此,需要以认知革命打破西方先在话语优势,创新话语表达以彰显中国式现代化制度优势和历史趋势,加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学构建自主性话语体系,注重数字赋能以增强中国式现代化话语传播效力。Jiang Guifang;Chen Tianqi;School of Marxism,Zhengzhou University;Chinese-style modernization,with its people-oriented stance and the institutional advantages of the leadership of the Communist Party of China,conforms to the historical trend and transcends the limitations of the Western modernization model,which is based on capital and plagued by the drawbacks of a multiparty system.It has shown strong vitality and vigor,thus providing a solid moral foundation,institutional guarantee,and strength base for the international discourse power of Chinese-style modernization.It deserves to have an international discourse power that matches its achievements.However,due to the hegemonic logic of Western countries,which uses its pre-existing discourse advantage to squeeze the discourse space of Chinese-style modernization,employs an ideological containment strategy to deconstruct the moral value of Chinese-style modernization,and the dominant position of Western academic paradigms that erodes the discourse system of Chinese-style modernization,as well as the unbalanced global information flow that restricts the international dissemination of Chinese-style modernization,there is a significant gap between the actual and the deserved international discourse power of Chinese-style modernization.Therefore,it is necessary to break through the pre-existing discourse advantage of the West with a cognitive revolution,innovate discourse expression to highlight the institutional advantages and historical trend of Chinese-style modernization,accelerate the construction of a Chinese-characteristics philosophy and social science to build an autonomous discourse system,and focus on digital empowerment to enhance the effectiveness of the discourse dissemination of Chinese-style modernization.
