摘　　要：文中对技师学院计算机教学中存在的主要问题进行了研究,对课程设置与市场需求脱节、教学方法单一以及实训环节不足对学生就业能力的影响进行了探讨。此外,提出了通过课程优化与企业需求对接、多样化教学方法的引入、强化实训环节等策略来提升学生的就业能力,介绍了教学效果的质量评价体系。旨在提高技师学院计算机教学的针对性与有效性,从而提升学生的就业竞争力。The main problems in computer teaching in technician colleges were studied in the paper,and the impact of curriculum design being disconnected from market demand,single teaching methods,and insufficient practical training on students̓employability was explored.In addition,strategies have been proposed to enhance students̓employability through course optimization and alignment with enterprise needs,introduction of diversified teaching methods,and strengthening of practical training.A quality evaluation system for teaching effectiveness has also been introduced.Aim to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of computer teaching in technician colleges,thereby enhancing students̓employment competitiveness.
