摘　　要：在新质生产力背景下,专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合是高职院校教育教学改革的重要课题,是培养高技能人才创新创业能力的有效路径。本文通过创新双创教育育人机制,打造以多元性、灵活性、系统性为特征的“五位一体”专创融合育人体系为培养理念。专创融合、科创融合、实创融合、赛创融合、企创融合搭建“五创融合”实践育人平台为运行范式,整合多方资源为工作机制的实践策略,探索高职院校赋能新质生产力发展的有效路径,促进高质量创业就业。Under the background of new quality productivity,the deep integration of specialized education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important topic in the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.It is an effective way to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of high-skilled talents.This paper explores an effective path to empower the development of new quality productivity in higher vocational colleges by forging a“five stages of innovation and entrepreneurship education as one”education system with the integration of speciality and innovation and entrepreneurship with the characterization of diversity,flexibility and systematization as the training concept.Integration of speciality and innovation and entrepreneurship,integration of science and innovation,integration of reality and innovation,integration of competition and innovation,and integration of enterprise and innovation construct“integration of five categories innovation and entrepreneurship education”practical education platform as the operating paradigm,and map out a practical strategy of integrating multiple resources as the working mechanism,which is to promote high quality employment entrepreneurship.
