摘  要:临床营养科实习是培养营养专业人才实践能力的关键阶段。本文通过分析当前临床营养科实习带教中存在的教学目标模糊、实践机会不足、师生互动欠缺及评价体系单一等问题,结合国内外先进教学理念与实践案例,提出系统性优化策略,包括分层教学目标设计、师资队伍强化、教学方法创新及多维评价机制构建,以期为日后临床营养科本科实习生实习带教质量的提高提供参考。Clinical nutrition internship is a critical stage in cultivating the practical abilities of nutrition professionals.This article analyzes current issues in clinical nutrition internship teaching,including vague teaching objectives,insufficient practical opportunities,inadequate teacher-student interaction,and a simplistic evaluation system.By integrating advanced domestic and international educational concepts and practical cases,we propose systematic optimization strategies,such as hierarchical teaching objective design,strengthening of teaching faculty,innovation in teaching methods,and establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.This study aims to provide reference for improving the quality of internship teaching for undergraduate students in clinical nutrition.
