摘  要:本文以食品安全风险监测与预警为研究对象,深入分析基于大数据技术构建食品安全风险监测与预警体系的必要性和可行性。通过选择合适的数据源,建立科学的指标体系,运用数据挖掘、机器学习等方法进行数据分析和风险评估,并构建实时动态的风险预警模型,最终实现食品安全风险的及时发现、准确预警和有效管控。本研究对于保障食品安全、维护公众健康具有重要意义。This paper takes food safety risk monitoring and early warning as the research object,and deeply analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building food safety risk monitoring and early warning system based on big data technology.Through the selection of appropriate data sources,the establishment of a scientific index system,the use of data mining,machine learning and other methods for data analysis and risk assessment,and the construction of real-time dynamic risk early warning model,and ultimately to achieve the timely discovery of food safety risks,accurate early warning and effective management and control.This study is of great significance for ensuring food safety and maintaining public health.
