摘  要:学校食品安全关系到广大师生的身体健康和生命安全,是学生健康成长和人才培养的基本保障。为给学生营造一个安全、健康的饮食环境,把好食品原料关,保障学校食材配送企业合法合规运行显得尤为重要。本文阐述了学校食材配送企业经营的重要性及基本要求,深入分析了当前学校食材配送企业经营过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,以提高学校食材配送企业风险防范能力,保障学校食品安全。School food safety is related to the physical health and life safety of teachers and students,and is the basic guarantee for students'healthy growth and talent cultivation.It is particularly important to create a safe and healthy eating environment for students,control the quality of food ingredients,and ensure the legal and compliant operation of school food delivery enterprises.This article elaborates on the importance and basic requirements for the operation of school food delivery enterprises,analyzes in depth the problems existing in the current operation process of school food delivery enterprises,and proposes corresponding improvement measures to enhance the risk prevention ability of school food delivery enterprises and ensure food safety in schools.
