摘　　要：列举了广东工业大学化工专业“生产实习”课程教学大纲的要求,介绍了广东工业大学校外实习基地选取原则和要求。以广东信鹏化工实业有限公司校外实习基地为例,探讨了广东工业大学校外实习基地建设和生产实习课程的教学实践,落实生产实习课程的教学内容并组织实施,让学生能够学习模具行业所用化工产品以及各种精细化工气雾剂产品的生产工艺和质量检测方法,最终达到生产实习课程的教学目标,为模具行业培养相关应用人才。This article lists the requirements of the teaching syllabus for the "Production Internship" course in the Chemical Engineering major at Guangdong University of Technology,and introduces the principles and requirements for selecting off campus internship bases at Guangdong University of Technology.This article takes the off-campus internship base of Guangdong Xinpeng Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example to explore the construction of the off-campus internship base and the teaching practice of the production internship course at Guangdong University of Technology.The teaching content of the production internship course is implemented and organized to enable students to learn the production process and quality inspection methods of chemical products used in the die &mold industry and various fine chemical aerosol products,ultimately achieving the teaching objectives of the production internship course and cultivating relevant applied talents for the die &mold industry.
