摘  要:新医科背景下,随着健康服务问题的不断变化,护理专业的人才培养模式也要紧跟产业升级的步伐进行调整,科研能力提升对于培养创新型、复合型人才有着重要意义。临床带教教师的指导对于帮助实习护生打下科研基础、培养临床科研思维、开启科研之路有着重要作用。分析临床科研带教现状以及提升科研带教水平的途径,为提高临床科研带教水平提供参考。In the context of advancements in New Medical Science,with the constant change of health service problems,the talent training mode of nursing specialty should be adjusted to keep up with the pace of industrial upgrading.The improvement of scientific research ability is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative and compound talents.The guidance of clinical teaching teachers plays an important role in helping nursing students to lay a scientific research foundation,cultivate clinical scientific research thinking and open the way of scientific research.This paper analyzes the current situation of clinical research teaching and the ways to improve the level of research teaching,to provide a reference for clinical teaching.
